Pinnacle Dental accepts insurance plans from Cigna®, MetLife, Blue Cross® Blue Shield®, Aetna®, Dental Select, Delta Dental® and Deseret Mutual. We also work with CareCredit® to help individuals without insurance to cover costs. For any out-of-pocket payments, our dentist and team accept all payment types, including cash, checks and credit cards. Dr. David S. Cannon also provides an in-office membership plan for loyal patients that helps cover certain costs for specific procedures.

- $150 entry fee to join
- $100 entry fee to join for secondary members
- Free X-Rays and exams for one year are included
- First dental cleaning is free; the second costs $100
- 20-35% discounts on services, depending on procedure
